What shipping methods are available?
All shipping is done through UPS or USPS.
How long will it take to get my package?
Once shipped, domestic US orders should arrive in 2-5 business days. International shipping can vary greatly depending on location. If delivery time is a concern for you please contact us ahead of time.
SILICONE MOLDS
Orders of 1-10 silicone molds will often ship same day. However, please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack orders of 1-10 silicone molds. Please allow 2-7 business days to process and pack orders of 25-50 molds.
POLYCARBONATE MOLDS
Please allow 1 business day to process and pack orders of 1-250 polycarbonate molds. If a mold is not currently in stock, it will be available under pre-order, in which case we will aim to ship as soon as the item is manufactured.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via UPS or USPS First Class International (and USPS Priority Mail for orders over 4lbs). Customs dues, fees, or taxes may apply on international orders. Please contact UPS International Customs and Regulations for more details.
How can I return a product?
For Health & Safety reasons we do not accept returns or offer return refunds on Silicone Molds or Polycarbonate Molds. Please contact us directly if you have a problem with your order.
In most cases we can offer a comprehensive credit to exchange your mold for another item of equivalent value. If you have any other questions or concerns, contact us at info@boldmaker.com

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment through credit card, ACH, Apple Pay, bank check or PayPal. For PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to use this checkout option. During the PayPal checkout process you can pay with a credit/debit card or pay with your PayPal Account.

What are your manufacturing tolerances?
Tolerances/Allowable Deviations from Assigned Dimensions - All silicone, thin silicone and polycarbonate products are subject to our standard manufacturing practices which generally carry expected tolerances in the finished product.
An acceptable tolerance of deviation from engineered values should be considered as follows; Platinum Silicone +/-2.5% of assigned dimensions. Injection Molded/Thin Silicone +/- 2.5% of assigned dimensions. Polycarbonate Plastic +/- 2.5% of assigned dimensions. Bold Maker will endeavor to manufacture products based on assigned dimensions, subject to the aforementioned tolerances above.
What material are your molds?
We use a proprietary formula for our platinum silicone that no other company in the industry has access to. Our Silicone is USA made unlike many other mold companies.
Bold Maker products have high molecular density, engineered through years of lab testing and field analysis to deliver easy de-molding, fast cleaning and long mold life.
Our experts have tested different formulations to make sure that our molds offer outstanding physical properties for use with all gummies, candies, organic recipes and other substances.
Are your molds BPA Free?
Yes! All Bold Maker molds are food-grade approved and BPA free.
